{"id":1000,"date":"2025-07-02T15:22:48","date_gmt":"2025-07-02T13:22:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/?page_id=1000"},"modified":"2025-07-23T00:39:04","modified_gmt":"2025-07-22T22:39:04","slug":"grillspett","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/index.php\/recept\/grillspett\/","title":{"rendered":"Grillspett"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En v\u00e4ldigt trevlig r\u00e4tt att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 grillen, en del av er kommer kanske ih\u00e5g att jag (Bj\u00f6rn) gjorde dessa p\u00e5 grillkv\u00e4llen p\u00e5 sl\u00e5tterdagen 2024.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-614\" src=\"https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/240720-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/240720-3.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/240720-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/n\u00e4sberg.nu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/240720-3-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><br \/>\n<em>Mina grillspett p\u00e5 grillkv\u00e4llen under sl\u00e5tterdagen 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Jag brukar b\u00f6rja med att t\u00e4rna ner aktuellt k\u00f6tt till kuber (cirka 2&#215;2 cm), alternativt om jag sk\u00e4r l\u00e5nga strimlor ist\u00e4llet sen l\u00e4gger jag de i marinad och vacuumpackar, l\u00e5ter det ligga minst en dag.<\/p>\n<p>Ett annat tips kan ju vara att g\u00f6ra k\u00f6ttet l\u00e4ngre i f\u00f6rv\u00e4g (tex om det \u00e4r extrapris eller r\u00f6dlappat) och frysa in det vvacuumpackade k\u00f6ttet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00e4r det v\u00e4l \u00e4r dags att bygga sj\u00e4lva spetten s\u00e5 b\u00f6rjar jag att l\u00e4gga tr\u00e4grillspetteten i bl\u00f6t och b\u00f6rjar hacka upp allt annat som ska p\u00e5 spetten.<\/p>\n<p>Sen \u00e4r det bara att b\u00f6rja och h\u00e4r s\u00e4tter ju bara fantasin gr\u00e4nsen vad det blir f\u00f6r spett. Till exempel om n\u00e5gra helveg, med eller utan svamp osv.<\/p>\n<p>Ett tips \u00e4r att ha ett stort fat\/bricka och t\u00e4cka med folie eller plastfilm s\u00e5 har du dels en yta f\u00f6r spett klara f\u00f6r grillen och sen en yta f\u00f6r de f\u00e4rdiggrillade spetten, samt att g\u00f6ra spetten max n\u00e5gon timme innan det \u00e4r dags att grilla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 spettinneh\u00e5ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Marinerat k\u00f6tt (jag brukar ofta anv\u00e4nda mig av benfri kotlett, men kyckling funkar fint, g\u00e5r s\u00e4kert \u00e4ven att g\u00f6ra finfina spett med tex k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rs)<\/li>\n<li>Skrivad kryddk\u00f6rv (tex salsiccia eller chorizo)<\/li>\n<li>O-k\u00f6tt (h\u00e4r jag jag lite d\u00e5lig koll, men tofukuber kanske kan vara n\u00e5got?)<\/li>\n<li>Cocktailtomater (eller liknande sm\u00e5tomater)<\/li>\n<li>L\u00f6k (personligen f\u00f6redrar jag r\u00f6d men gul g\u00e5r minst lika bra)<\/li>\n<li>Potatis (h\u00e4r g\u00e4ller det att ha tunnare skivor m\u00e4rkte jag vid sl\u00e5tterdagen)<\/li>\n<li>Grillost (eller liknande)<\/li>\n<li>Paprika (valfria f\u00e4rger)<\/li>\n<li>Svamp (tex champinjoner)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>F\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 tillbeh\u00f6r:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Potatissallad &#8211; troligen enklaste potatistillbeh\u00f6ret till spetten<\/li>\n<li>Sallad &#8211; en vanlig sallad efter tyckte och smak<\/li>\n<li>Grillad vitk\u00e5l (hugg is\u00e4r en eller tv\u00e5 g\u00e5nger, grilla med lite olivolja p\u00e5)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>S\u00e5 var inte r\u00e4dd f\u00f6r att prova, testa, experimentera dig fram till det ultimata grillspettet!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En v\u00e4ldigt trevlig r\u00e4tt att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 grillen, en del av er kommer kanske ih\u00e5g att jag (Bj\u00f6rn) gjorde dessa p\u00e5 grillkv\u00e4llen p\u00e5 sl\u00e5tterdagen 2024.
